2026 Crosstown Hoops - That's a Wrap!

What a night! Our annual Crosstown Hoops basketball tournament was a huge success—packed stands, great energy, and some incredible matchups on the court!

Kilmer took home the win in the 7th grade girls game, 8th grade girls game, and 8th grade boys game, while Thoreau came out on top in the 7th grade boys game. Win or lose, the spirit and sportsmanship on display made us proud to be part of this community.

A big thank you to all the players, coaches, volunteers, staff and families who made the event so special. We loved seeing so many of you come out to support our schools and cheer on the teams.

Feel the excitement of Crosstown Hoops:

Crosstown hoops is an annual tradition hosted by the Kilmer PTA. Kilmer and Thoreau battle it out on the basketball court! The 2024-2025 school year Crosstown Hoops game will be held on Thursday, April 3rd at Marshall High School Gym. 

There are four basketball teams and each team will play a 20-minute game:

• 7th grade girls
• 7th grade boys
• 8th grade girls
• 8th grade boys
